The software is easy to follow. They answered the phone immediately. How can they afford such great support on such an inexpensive item. I called support.

It turns out that this thing helps you find stations quickly that you would never find in a million years using search engines. I put this on a Windows 7 machine and realized I needed an upgrade. They e-mailed me a patch and i was up and running in minutes.
Your friends will love you for it. I was ordering something else from JR music world and saw this for under $20 so I thought what the heck. Trust me I am an idiot and if I say it is easy, it is easy. This is a fun thing with little cost.
It is most definitely user friendly, and features all kinds of music from all over the world. I got one for him and for me. I am going to buy a few more and give them as gifts. He said he was bored with the same old music and talk. It was not pretty trying to open the packaging, but if you have sharp scissors and a little patience.you can have a lot of entertainment ahead of you. All I do is put it in the USB port and music, talk, sports and comedy from all over the world is right there.
The only bad part is getting the flash drive out of the bubble package. My friend was commenting to me that he doesn't think XM is worth paying for anymore. So.I found this item. I think this is a lot of fun, and can be used on the computer while I play games, IM, e-mail, etc.
This is a very convenient device for saving all your Internet radio stations. I have some difficulty getting it to load each time, but I'm usually successful.
[.]. It isn't much money, but you might as well keep it. The same thing happened with the second device in a second computer. I actually bought 2 of these and gave one to my partner. Unfortunately over 50% of the time when I plugged it into the USB port, nothing happened. When it works, it's fine. It isn't recognized by the computer. Trying multiple USB ports doesn't help either.
I have to click on it at just the right time for it to stabilize and work correctly. Overall, it's OK, but not great. When I plug the device into my computer, it starts flipping through all sorts of stations. Once I get it stabilized, it works fine and the sound quality is good.
